About us
Sampurna means whole
In Javanese, sampurna means complete — with nothing left out. We use the name as a standard to work to: every room is ready before a guest arrives. The air conditioning is on, the bathroom is clean, the linen is fresh, and the yard is waiting for your car.
We look after this place ourselves, on a quiet lane in Tenggilis Mejoyo. There is no middleman — you speak directly to the people who hold the keys.
Our guests arrive for all sorts of reasons: staff working contracts in the Rungkut industrial estate, training groups staying a few nights, families sitting with a relative at one of the nearby hospitals, students and parents with business at Ubaya. We welcome all of them to the same standard.

How much is a room per night?
Rates start at Rp 150,000 per night and vary with the room type and the length of your stay. For discounts, group rates, or weekly and monthly pricing, just ask on WhatsApp — we will reply with the current figures and availability.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in runs from 14.00 and closes at 23.00 (Western Indonesia Time). Check-out is at 12.00. Our reception hours are 06.00–23.00; if you expect to arrive outside them, please let us know on WhatsApp in advance.

It is. The Ubaya Tenggilis campus is about a 5-minute drive, the SIER Rungkut industrial estate about 10 minutes, and MERR about 10 minutes. Juanda International Airport is roughly 25 minutes away outside peak hours.
